Take a bowl
Add semolina , curd , baking powder , salt n red chili powder in it
Mix it well n make fine batter
Then grease teddy mould with ghee
Put batter on it
Preheat oven for 10mins
Bake dhokla for 15 mins on 180 degree
Demould it..
Take a pan
Add oil , dry red chili , rai n kari leaves in it
Cook it for 30 second
Pour tempering on dhokla
N serve hot
